**Protest @ Japan Consulate NYC – Friday, January 8, 2010**

Protest the unprovoked attack on the Sea Shepherd

Trimaran, Ady Gil, and the endangering of human lives by the Japanese ship, Shonan Maru No. 2.

Note: We realize that this is very short notice and that most of you, who work in the city, will have a hard time making a work week demo. This protest is being scheduled on short notice because the lives of our friends and comrades are being placed in jeopardy by the reckless actions sanctioned by the Japanese government. We feel a need to voice our outrage immediately. Please do your best to be there for all of or part of this important protest. We will be organizing a second larger protest in the next several days.
